FAQ for users who access ClearQuest through their web client:
I don't have the ClearQuest windows thick client (program) installed. I only access ClearQuest through its web interface. Can I use ReportsDNA?
No, ReportsDNA requires that the native thick client be installed on the computer where ReportsDNA is installed.
